Today I'm going to share with you this chocolate chip cookies recipe and it is as easy as ABC and it tasted like famous amos cookies.
Last night was my first time baking this cookies and it turned out to be so good, so I decided to share with you. Here you go...
Ingredients A
- 250g butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/4 cups pf brown sugar (I'm using low glycemic)
- 1 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 egg (room temperature)
Ingredients B
- 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
- 1/2 corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 tablespoons corn oil

| Ready to add in chocolate chips and nuts |
2. After stir in all the flour, lastly add in chocolate chips and nuts.
3. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.
5. Scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place them slightly apart and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
* The smaller the cookies, the crispier they will become.
Once they are done, place them on a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in air tight containers, They actually taste even better the next day as the flavors develop further.
